Rental Terms
What is included?
- Rentals include a clean, serviced machine, fuel, and fair wear and tear.
- Rental rates are based on 24 hour rentals, with flexible pickup hours.
- Gear may be available depending on your needs for an additional cost.
- Trailers, Ramps and ATV pull behind trailers (meat wagons) also available for rent!
- Need more time? No Problem! Additional hours are just $10 per ATV $20 per UTV/SXS! (Subject to availability, Call us!)
Legal Stuff
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older. Drivers must be 16.
- The Alaskan Experience requires that renters obey all laws and strictly follow the manufacturers instructions for operating each ATV.
- You will be liable for any damages that occur during rental. We collect a $500 damage deposit that will be fully refunded if the ATV is returned clean, undamaged and full of fuel. Refunds are usually processed in 3-5 business days.
- Any damages in excess of the damage deposit must be paid immediately. Damages will be assessed based on the actual cost of repair beyond normal wear and tear as deemed by a qualified repair facility.
- Alcohol/Drugs and ATV's don't mix. Drive sober!
Pickup/Transportation
- You can trailer the machines or we can trailer them for you. Our transportation fee is $3 per mile one way and covers up to 5 machines.
- Pickup is typically in North Pole Alaska unless otherwise arranged.
- Multi-Day/Weekly rentals available.
Cleaning/Fuel Fees
Your rental will come clean, and fueled. Return it reasonably clean and fueled and avoid a $50 cleaning fee and a $5/gallon fuel charge. These charges will come out of your damage deposit.
